Star RV pick up information:
Here’s what you need to know when collecting during office hours:
• You can collect your Star RV only within branch hours and up to 30 minutes before the branch closing time.
• We do not offer after hours collection.

Star RV drop off information:
• We encourage you to drop off the motorhome at our branches during business hours to avoid any mishaps with the vehicle.
• Should you need to do an after hours drop off, please be advised that this will need prior approval from the Star RV reservations and branch teams.
- The approval is subject to the individual branch’s discretion on the day.
- If our team approves, after hours drop offs will incur a $40 fee. (Not available at all branches.)
- Note: Customer will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicles or parking fees incurred if dropping off after hours. The damage won’t be covered under any excess reduction covers.
